The LORD Is More than Enough!
“The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.” Psalms 121:5-8 (KJV)
The LORD Almighty is more than enough! Knowing that He is more than enough makes you secure. The opening Scripture reveals His magnanimity: He is our Keeper, Shade, and Preserver. He keeps us from harm even from the severity of the sun by day and the moon by night. We are protected 24 hours a day because He neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalms 121:4). Beloved, our mind, which is the seat of the soul, is preserved from evil, meaning that our mind is guided to only think and execute righteousness. The evil mindset is crucified to the cross of Calvary. Hallelujah. We are not afraid to travel by sea, air, or land; because we are assured that God will shield us from the perils of traveling. This gives us the confidence to go out there to do what our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has commissioned us to do for Him; and we know we will come back in good piece and with testimonies about the goodness of the LORD. Praise the Lord! Dear beloved, are you still entertaining fear and anxiety in your life? Your God is more than enough. Remember that He has not given you the spirit of fear but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Thus, believe in His Word and use what He has given you, and He will also do His part to ensure we live in victory, success, peace, and joy. Hallelujah! Glory to the Highest!
Prayer Point: My loving Father, You are indeed the LORD of hosts. Thank You for being more than enough for me. I will always praise and worship You for the mighty things You are doing for me even while I’m asleep. Please continually remind me to be grateful for everything You do for me, even the little things, and I will be glad to express my appreciation in Jesus’ name. Amen!
