The opening scripture says the mind is an essential channel through which Christians can live in perfect peace. If your mind is fixed on Christ Jesus, you shall enjoy perfect peace; in other words, if you fill your mind with the holy scriptures, there will be perfect peace in your life. It is also a sign that you trust God simply because the mind is the control center of man. What a man thinks in his heart so is he, Proverbs 23:7.
